Corner Canyon Trail Series
Draper, United States • 1-31 May-Oct 2026
Event Overview
The Corner Canyon Trail Series is a unique GPS-based racing event held in Draper, Utah. Running from May 1st to October 31st, the series allows participants to run, hike, and compete on several trails along the Wasatch Front. Because traditional organized events are restricted on these specific trails, the series uses a digital format where participants navigate and record their efforts using the Ridewithgps app. This structure allows individuals to complete the courses at any time, as many times as they wish, during the six-month window.
Course Information
The series offers multiple defined routes within the Corner Canyon area. Participants can choose to register for a collection of 5 km courses, 10 km courses, or both. The series includes:
- Ten different 5 km courses
- Five different 10 km courses
Specific routes include locations such as Jordan River, Telegraph, Hidden Meadows, Orson Smith, Lupine Meadows, Peak View, Coyote Hollow, Potato Hill, Maple Hollow, and Ann's Trail. Each course uses specific segments to ensure that all participants are timed on the exact same sections of the trail for leaderboard accuracy.
Participation and Recognition
Registration includes access to course navigation via the required mobile application, a synthetic running shirt, and a finisher medal. Results are tracked on an overall leaderboard that combines times from all courses in a series. Awards are provided for the top three male and female finishers in the overall standings, as well as in age divisions ranging from under 20 to over 70. An awards ceremony with lunch and refreshments is scheduled for November 14th at the Treehouse Athletic Club in Draper, where participants can collect their shirts and medals.
