Event operations are limited to 300 runners. Services and race features include frequent, well-stocked aid stations roughly every 1-2 miles, a professionally marked course, chip timing, medical support, volunteer assistance, a race tee for participants, post-race food and beverages, awards by overall and age group, contests and giveaways, and free photo downloads. A free kids race for ages 11 and under is scheduled separately.

Rules and registration policies note that in-ear earbuds and external speakers are not permitted, bibs must be visible, no race day transfers are allowed, and online transfers or distance changes must be initiated at least three days before the race.
