Climb for the Kids at Casa Connor is a stair-climb fundraiser scheduled for October 25, 2025, at the Calgary Tower (101 9 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 1J9, Canada). The event supports MCA Mexico’s Canadian Angels Foundation and Casa Connor, a facility in Mexico that provides therapy, education, and care for children and youth with special needs. This is the event’s second edition.

Participants climb 802 stairs to reach the observation deck, 191 metres above the downtown core. Climbers receive a medal, a downloadable certificate of completion, bottled water and a snack at the top, and an event T-shirt (unisex and youth sizes available). The event is not chip timed.

Registration, fundraising and logistics

Registration opened on August 10, 2025, with an early bird period from August 10 to August 31 and regular pricing from September 1 to October 19; registration closes on October 19. Package and T-shirt pick up is scheduled at Strides Running Store (3566 Garrison Gate SW, Calgary). Registrations after October 13 are not guaranteed a shirt. All registration fees are non-refundable and there are no transfers or deferrals.

Fundraising progress is shown on the event page: $6,532.81 raised toward a $25,000 goal, with 32 participants listed. Sponsors include local and national businesses such as Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Costco and Strides Running Store.
