The event takes place on Saturday 05 September 2026 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2JG. Runners may enter either the following distances:

  • Half marathon
  • Marathon

Entry fees are listed as £31.50 for affiliated runners and £33.50 for unaffiliated runners. Places are strictly limited. Medals are provided to all finishers, and all participants, whether attending the event or running virtually, will receive a free giveaway medal or memento.

Course and rules

The route runs along the River Thames from Walton on Thames towards Hampton Court and back. Runners complete either 4 laps for the half marathon or 8 laps for the marathon. The course is an off road trail on a riverside towpath. The overall course has no elevation gain or loss. The route is accurately measured and UKA certified.
