The terrain is an off-road trail on a riverside towpath. The route is flat with no elevation gain or loss throughout the course. Participants have a total of seven hours to complete as many or as few laps as they choose. Available distances include:

All finishers receive a bespoke spinning medal, though a lower-cost registration option without a medal is also available. Digital bibs and finishers certificates are provided to all participants.

For participants aged 20 or under, certain distance restrictions apply in accordance with UK Athletics rules. Registration is limited to a fixed number of places. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
