Phoenix Running - Surrey Duckython - Princess Ducky

Phoenix Running stages the Surrey Duckython - Princess Ducky event on Sunday 07 June 2026 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 2JG. The event uses a lap format on a measured out-and-back course beside the River Thames.

The course is a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) lap on riverside towpath terrain. It is off road and described as flat with no elevation gain or loss. Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they choose within a seven hour time limit. The minimum distance is one lap, 3.28 miles, or the distance completed within the time limit.

Entry categories include affiliated and unaffiliated pricing, plus a no medal no ducky option at a lower flat fee. Early entry incentives include a limited number of handmade pom-pom duckies and bespoke Princess rubber duckies for the first entrants. The standard event medal is a 130 mm spinning Princess Ducky for those who select the medal option. The organiser will donate £2 per pom-pom ducky to Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity.

The event offers a flexible rock up and run start within a 1.5 hour start window and can accommodate special start time requests depending on planned distance. Support includes an aid station, same-day results, athlete profiles, digital BIBs and digital finisher certificates. A timed Friday event on a flat 5.3 km out-and-back course along the river Thames, with lap-based distances from 5 km to ultra and a £10 Run for a Tenner entry benefiting Rays of Sunshine.

A 50 km multi terrain ultramarathon around Maidenhead, run on a single lap route that follows the Thames Path and Jubilee River. The course is mostly off road with four aid stations, chip timing, live tracking and free race photos.

Functional fitness racing in Twickenham on 30 May 2026 with ten Xercises and repeated runs across solo, doubles and relay divisions. A LITE weight division is available and all entrants must be 18 or older.

A Pretty Muddy *5k* obstacle course at Royal Windsor Racecourse featuring climbing, crawling and sliding across grass and tarmac beside the River Thames. Waves run every 15 minutes and participants must be 13 years or older.
