Windsor Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held on Saturday 30 May 2026 at Royal Windsor Racecourse, Off Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5JJ. The course runs on tarmac and grass between the racetrack and the River Thames; the start and finish are on grass and some grass sections are narrow.

Participants climb, crawl and slide around a series of obstacles while moving at their own pace. Pretty Muddy start times are staggered in waves every 15 minutes to manage safety on the course. To take part, entrants must be 13 years of age or older; there is a separate Pretty Muddy Kids programme for younger children.

Entry fees and fundraising: listed prices include Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00, with a stated minimum fundraising target of £50. Registered participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and support, access to an online community, and a Race for Life medal on completion.

Site arrangements include free general parking, a drop off area, blue badge parking, and bike racks. Facilities on site include refreshments and toilets. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs. Sunflower wristbands and BSL stage content support are available, and stewards will direct attendees from the main carpark. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
