Frogger Jogger is a timed, lap-based running event held at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2JG on Sunday 22 March 2026. Entry prices listed are £37.95 (Affiliated) and £39.95 (UnAffiliated), with a trial "no medal" entry option at a flat £20. Places are strictly limited.

Course and format

Runners complete as many or as few laps as they choose of a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back lap along the river Thames towpath. Available distance options include:

The minimum recorded distance is 3.28 miles. The event uses a 7 hour overall time limit. The surface is off-road trail on a riverside towpath and the course is reported to have no elevation gain or loss.
