Event overview
The CHILI 5K takes place on November 1, 2025, at Laurel Hill County Park in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The event uses a loop course on natural, unimproved trails that include areas of uneven terrain, roots and grass. Water stations are provided along the course. Pets are not allowed on the course and strollers are not recommended. Smoking, vaping and tobacco use are prohibited at Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission facilities and events. After the event, chili and refreshments will be available.

Registration and course details
Registration is required. The race fee is $38 and registration closes on Wednesday, October 30; race day registration is not available. Participants ages 8-15 may register but must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Packet pick-up is held on race day and bibs are required; lost bib penalties will be enforced. The Chili Kids Dash requires separate registration and a separate fee of $5, is untimed, and requires a parent or guardian to be present; registration includes a finisher medal.
