The Chicago Yeti 7-11 Hour Endurance Run is a timed trail running event. It takes place at 9800 Wolf Rd, Willow Springs, IL. Participants can run for either 7 or 11 hours on a loop course.

Course Details

The loop is 4 miles long and consists of single-track and double-track trails through the restored forest and historic Palos Preserves. It features rolling hills and runnable sections. A notable point of interest along the course is the site of the world's first nuclear reactor.

Aid and Logistics

There is an aid station described as a "snack haven" offering items like hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers, chips, water, and electrolyte drinks. Participants are welcome to bring their own cooler. This is a cupless event, so runners must bring their own reusable cup for liquids.

The event is professionally timed. The organizers have specific policies for athletes with disabilities, stating the trail course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
