The Inflatable 5K in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire is an inflatable obstacle course event taking place on Saturday 10 October 2026. The course is made from giant inflatables including obstacles, slides and tunnels and is run as a fun focused non timed event with music zones along the route.

Participants can choose from four distances. Each lap measures 2.5 km and laps repeat the same inflatable obstacles. The 5k course includes 30 obstacles, with 15 obstacles on the 2.5k lap. There are five pumping music zones and a water station positioned midway along the route.

Included for participants are a finisher's medal, a goodie bag, event photography and on course medical care. Spectators can watch from a free designated area. Facilities on site include toilets, food and drink vendors, and a clearly marked route.

Entry and practical details: adults are classed as 16 and over, children 5 to 15 must run with a participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Parking is charged at £5 per car and bag drop is available for £3 per bag. Dogs are not allowed at the event.

A new 10 km trail from Ross on Wye along the River Wye with off road terrain and riverside wildlife. Entry is £14.99 via PayPal, minimum age 15, and all finishers receive a bespoke medal.
