Chelmsford Brew Co Summer Ale Trail Run

Great Baddow, United Kingdom • 21 May 2026

Chelmsford Brew Co Summer ale trail hike & run 10k

This event takes place at Chelmsford Brew Co on 21 May 2026 and holds TRA permit number 7402 (TBC). It is offered as a GPX/Strava route with a narrative backup and provides two participation choices: a relaxed hike and a competitive trail run. The advertised distance is 10k.

The price of entry includes a drink, a packet of crisps at the brewery finish and a finisher's medal. There is a £2 levy for participants who are not TRA or EA members. Entry fees listed on the organiser page include £15 until 31 March 2026 and £18 until 14 May 2026. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to each sign-up.

The event is limited to 50 places and is currently on a waiting list. No under 18s are allowed because the venue is a licensed premises. There is no car parking available until after 6pm and parking remains limited; the organiser suggests parking at The Vineyards or using residential streets considerately, or using bicycles, hire scooters, walking, or local bus services. A small area of the brewery bar is available for bag storage at participants' own risk.

Registration takes place inside the brewery. The event narrative and map will be added to the organiser website in June. At the finish a marshal records entry time and marks race numbers; race numbers are then handed to bar staff to claim the finisher drink.
