Champion Mine Trail Race

The Champion Mine Trail Race is scheduled for October 11, 2026, in Nevada City, California. The event is organized by the Sierra TrailBlazers Running Club and Bear Yuba Land Trust and uses Nevada City locations for its course.

The half marathon course covers 13.1 miles and runs through mixed terrain. Runners pass through stands of towering pines, cross a historic swinging bridge, and follow sections of the Tribute Trail and Deer Creek. The route includes a newly constructed trail section, a mix of pavement, gravel, and single-track trails, and a series of climbs. Multiple aid stations and historical landmarks are located along the course.

A 10km trail run on the Olmsted Loop at Auburn State Recreation Area in Cool, California on June 6, 2026. The race takes place the same day as the Coolest Ride and Tie and Equathon events.
