Cawston Trail Race

The Cawston Trail Race is a 5-mile off-road trail race held within the grounds of Cawston Park estate in Norfolk (postcode NR10 4JD). The event raises funds for Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue, a voluntary charity that assists emergency services in finding vulnerable missing persons.

The course follows forest paths and will be marshalled and/or signposted. There will be a water station at approximately the halfway point and at the finish. The race is chip-timed.

Parking is available on-site for a £2 charge (cash only); car sharing is encouraged. Toilets are available at race HQ, but there are no changing facilities or baggage drop. Registration opens at 8:30 AM. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female runners, and all finishers receive a memento. Tea, coffee, and cakes will be available for purchase.
