Cawston Trail Race

The event is a charity 5 mile trail race organised by Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue and set entirely within the grounds of Cawston Park, NR10 4JD. The course follows off road forest paths and will be marshalled and/or signposted. The race uses full chip timing provided by Total Race Timing. Race numbers are available on the day from 8.30am.

On-site car parking is available for a small charge of £2 per car (cash only); there are toilets at the race headquarters but no changing facilities and no baggage drop. There will be a water station at approximately the halfway point and at the finish. Refreshments such as tea, coffee and cakes will be available for purchase; cash is recommended. Prizes will be awarded to the first three male and female finishers and all finishers will receive a race memento.

Minimum age is 15 years and above. Headphones including bone conduction are not permitted. Dogs, buggies and wheelchairs are not permitted. Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are available until midnight on 27/09/2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
