Pre-entry is available for a fee of £7.00. Entry on the day is permitted for £10.00. Teams are not allowed. Minimum age is 14, though the minimum age may be subject to organiser discretion because of age group changes. Junior races are included and will start at least 30 minutes before the senior race. The event uses the same start venue as the previous year. Race records listed are 00:22:09 for the male course record (2004) and 00:25:25 for the female course record (2019).
