Capital to Coast - Canberra to South Coast

Capital to Coast is a multi stage trail running event organised by Canberra Runners, returning for the weekend of 28 to 30 August 2026. The route extends from Canberra to the South Coast and is structured as nine stages that include a mix of trail, fire roads and single track. The organisers expect the 2026 route to be similar to the 2025 stages.

An Event Guide will be issued closer to the event; entrants are advised to save or print that guide for event information. The event is managed by a volunteer committee and relies on volunteers, with volunteering roles listed across stages.

Communications include an email newsletter and a subscription option to receive updates. The event includes an Acknowledgement of Country recognising Traditional Custodians. Capital to Coast operates with support from sponsors and maintains presence on Facebook and Instagram for broader information and updates.
