Capital to Coast is a 100km multistage running event held annually from Canberra to the South Coast of New South Wales. Spanning three days, it features nine stages ranging from 8km to 15km, including a prologue on Friday and multiple stages over Saturday and Sunday. The course offers a scenic mix of trail, fireroads, single track, beach, cross-country, path, and road terrains.

Participants can compete solo or in relay teams of up to four runners. The event emphasizes a strong social and festival atmosphere, with mass starts and time between stages fostering camaraderie.
