Capital to Coast is a 100km multistage running event held annually from Canberra to the South Coast of New South Wales. The race spans three days, featuring a prologue on Friday, four stages on Saturday, and four on Sunday, with stage distances ranging from 8km to 15km. The course offers a scenic mix of trail, fireroads, single track, beach, cross-country, path, and road terrains.

Participants can compete solo or in relay teams of up to four runners. Organized by Canberra Runners, the event emphasizes a strong social and festival atmosphere, catering to both social trail runners and experienced ultramarathoners.
