The event is cani-cross friendly with one controlled dog allowed per runner. Live chip-timing is provided by Timing Up North. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, a drink and a snack. A bespoke event T-shirt is available for an additional £12.
A subsidised car parking charge applies, payable after the event at the Forestry England machines. Registration opens 06/12/2024 at 12:00 and closes 16/09/2025 at 23:59. Entry fees shown are £20 plus fee for the 5 km and £25 plus fee for the 10 km; remaining places listed are 190 for the 5 km and 181 for the 10 km.
