Camp-Run-A-Muck runs from Thursday June 25, 2026 to Sunday June 28, 2026 at Stable View in Aiken, South Carolina. It is a three-day running and wellness camp for adults that combines trail runs with educational sessions and on-site meals and lodging.
The program includes trail runs, coaching workshops, nutrition seminars, yoga, and a personal safety and self-defense session. Meals are chef-prepared and provided by the Bistro at Stable View from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast. Massage services are available on site and participants may extend their stay with extra nights of accommodation.
Stable View offers a trail system of more than 15 miles with varying terrain and hills. Trails pass through long leaf pine woodland and diverse wildlife habitat on the fall line between the Piedmont and the coastal plains; the area is noted for its varied terrain and natural setting.
Accommodations include professionally designed single and shared occupancy units. Shared occupancy is a two-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and a full kitchen. Single occupancy provides a private bedroom and bathroom with coffee and microwave facilities. Guests sharing an apartment must know one another; pairing by preference is available.
The retreat cost is $700 for shared occupancy and $800 for single occupancy. Final payment of the balance is due by June 1, 2026. Registration closes June 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
