Chasing the Rainbows Bursting Bubble 5K - Gilbert, AZ

The Chasing the Rainbows Bursting Bubble 5K Walk & Run is a community event taking place at Gilbert Regional Park. Held during the Bereaved Mother’s Day weekend, the event provides a space for remembrance and healing. The gathering focuses on raising awareness for families grieving infertility, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or infant loss. All proceeds from the event support trauma-informed services, including support groups, therapy, and care packages.

Participants can choose from the following event options:

  • 5 km Walk & Run
  • 5 km Virtual Walk & Run

The course at Gilbert Regional Park is accessible for various participants. Strollers are permitted on the route, and dogs are welcome provided they remain leashed at all times and owners clean up after them. Registration includes a participant t-shirt for those who sign up by April 1, 2026, as well as a bib number with a timing chip.

The event grounds will feature a Wall to Remember for reflection and honoring loved ones. On-site activities include bubbles, a live DJ, face painting, food trucks, and raffles.
