Aid is provided at a start/finish station and at a remote Levee Aid station encountered on each loop. Aid stations are stocked with water, ice, electrolyte drinks, salty and sweet snacks, fruit, pb&j, bean rollups, and hot food such as quesadillas and grilled cheese. This is a cupless event so runners should plan to carry a reusable cup or purchase one on site.

Logistics note that parking at Usery is limited; reserved spaces are set aside for 50K and 25K runners, with shuttle service from the group campground for additional parking. The park charges a vehicle entry fee. Crews and drop bags are allowed at the start/finish area. Pacers are permitted only for 50K runners beginning on the final loop. Medical personnel from MedStar Solutions will be based at the start/finish and can withdraw participants for safety reasons.

The race is part of the 2026 Insomniac Night Trail Run Series. Course marking will include orange plastic ribbons with black polka dots, reflective medallions, laminated signs, and checkerboard flagging for wrong way trails. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
