The Burrator Horseshoe is a fell race held on Sat 20 Jun 2026 in Meavy, England. The main course is 10 km / 6.2 miles with approximately 315 m (1,033 ft) of climb. The venue is Meavy Village Green, PL20 6PJ (grid reference SX 541673). The event is part of the Dartmoor Fell Race Series and carries a permit with associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA.

Course and categories

The course was redefined in 2021. Junior races are included for U10, U12, U14 and U16 age groups, and a separate course is provided for U18 competitors. Minimum age for the main race is 18. Teams are allowed; there is a prize for the first club with four male and four female finishers.

Entry and limits

Pre-entry is available with different fees for members and non-members. Entry on the day is permitted only if the event is not full. The field is limited to a maximum of 250 runners. A shorter alternative course called "Burrator Lite" will also be offered. Records for the course are 00:40:27 for men and 00:43:51 for women, both set in 2021.
