Course and categories

The course was redefined in 2021. Junior races are included for U10, U12, U14 and U16 age groups, and a separate course is provided for U18 competitors. Minimum age for the main race is 18. Teams are allowed; there is a prize for the first club with four male and four female finishers.

Entry and limits

Pre-entry is available with different fees for members and non-members. Entry on the day is permitted only if the event is not full. The field is limited to a maximum of 250 runners.
