MoRunning brings Bristol the 1.5k Mini MoRun and the 5k and 10k MoRuns around Ashton Court Park, Long Ashton, Bristol. The course is a mix of path and trail, with hills of 1–3 km, and the 5k is one lap while the 10k is two laps. The route is dog-friendly and OK for off-road buggies, though some sections can be muddy or bumpy and it isn’t wheelchair-accessible. Participants run to raise awareness and funds for Movember and men’s health. Each MoRunner receives a medal and a finisher headband, plus full chip timing and instant results, with drinks and treats at the finish and a fun fancy-dress atmosphere.
