The Two Tunnels race in Bath takes place on Sunday 22 February 2026 at Brickfields Park, Twerton, Bath BA2 1LX. The organiser is Relish The Great Outdoors. The course uses the Two Tunnels shared use path under Bath, including Devonshire Tunnel (408 m) and Combe Down Tunnel (1,672 m). The tunnels are lit and surfaced for shared use by runners, walkers and cyclists. The event contributes £1 per runner to the Sustrans charity and the series has raised over £30,000 to date.

Return Ticket routes are essentially 100% tarmac aside from small grass at start and finish. Hilly Ticket routes mix tarmac, woodland trail and stone paths. City Ticket routes use tarmac, canal towpath and river path.

Format, facilities and support

Runners are started in waves of about 100. There is no on-site parking; an Odd Down Park & Ride is used for car parking and a shuttle bus serves the event. Nearest stations are Oldfield Park (about 800 m) and Bath Spa (about 2 miles). Bike racking is provided; participants must supply a lock. On-site facilities include toilets, food and coffee vans and a bag drop; there are no changing rooms. Drink and feed provision: no drinks station on the 5 km, one station on the 10 km, 3-5 on the half marathon, and nine stations on the marathon and 50 km. Finishers of 5 km and longer receive a 10 cm x 10 cm two-sided medal. Cut-offs: a 3 hour limit to start lap 2 of the marathon and an 8.5 hour cut-off for the 50 km.
