Bridge Burner Ultra is a single loop trail race in Canon City, Colorado, held on October 24, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options:

The route follows the Arkansas River and passes through the granite blasted tunnels along Tunnel Drive. Runners climb to a high point of 7,109 feet with views of the Royal Gorge, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and Pikes Peak. Courses include rolling singletrack in Royal Gorge Mountain Park, a crossing of the highest bridge in the United States, and a final descent through Temple Canyon.

Elevation gain by distance is provided: the 10k shows 575 feet, the 35k about 2,800 feet, the 50k about 4,200 feet, and the 35 mile course about 4,400 feet. Aid stations are described as well stocked with Tailwind, Muir Energy gels, fruit, snacks, and multiple hot food options such as bacon, quesadillas, potatoes, and pierogis. Some aid stations are crew accessible and allow drop bags; the Tunnel aid station is not crew accessible. Pacing is prohibited.

Event services include pack pickup at Centennial Park before the race and on race day, post race food, a gender specific race shirt and a BOCO trucker hat for non 10k entries, a personalized bib and a finishers award.
