BougeBouge hosts a trail running event at Grand parc de l’Ouest, Sector Cap Saint-Jacques, on October 18, 2026. The event takes place within the nature park and offers multiple race distances.

All distances are certified as trail runs and the event is organized with the Quebec Athletics Federation. Timing is provided by a professional timing company and results are published by age category. Aid stations will be placed along the course; only one water refill station is available and no disposable cups will be provided. Indoor restrooms and portable toilets will be available on site.

Registration includes a finisher item at the finish line and a standard BougeBouge medal for all participants. Personalized medals must be added during online registration and will be handed out at bib pick-up. Bibs can be collected at the event welcome chalet and bib transfers are allowed during the pick-up period with proof of purchase.

Parking is available at Collège Charlemagne and on-site park parking carries fees of 8.40 CAD for two hours or 10.70 CAD for the full day. Trail runs nearby

Community cross-country event at Centennial Park on July 12, 2026, featuring a 1 km loop with 1, 2 and 5 km options. Mostly grass course, manual timing and limited to 400 participants.

Trail race in Rigaud offering 1 km, 6 km, 10 km, 20 km and 30 km distances, with proceeds benefitting the Fondation de l'Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal. Registration includes a Quebec-made medal, aid stations and free timing.

A last-runner-standing Backyard Ultra where runners tackle a 6.7 km loop every hour. The second edition takes place at Kahnawake Marina on July 18, 2026, with a cash prize and proceeds going to Tetewatatia’takéhnhahs / Purple Ribbon Walk.

A 5K festival-style run at Mont Saint-Bruno with more than 25 obstacles, extensive foam coverage and family features like a free kids zone, live music and onsite food and amenities.
