BougeBouge presents a trail running event at Grand parc de l’Ouest - Secteur Cap Saint-Jacques in Montreal on October 18, 2026. Multiple certified trail distances are available for participants.

Event services and rules All distances are certified with timing provided by Sportstats. One or more aid stations will be on course; only one water refill station is provided and no cups will be distributed. Gels will be available. Paper waste on the course can lead to disqualification. Cut-offs and split times are set for safety and race management, and results are published by age category.

Registration and logistics Ticket prices range from $22.00 to $57.00. Platform fees and taxes are added and prices increase by $5 per month during the 90 days before the event. Group discounts apply for bulk purchases. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and bank transfer in specific cases. Bibs and medals must be picked up together; unclaimed medals will be recycled.

Additional information A finisher’s prize is included and varies by season. Parking is available at Collège Charlemagne or at the nature park for a fee. Backyard format on May 16, 2026 at Parc régional de l’Île-Lebel: run a collective 6.7 km loop each hour up to 12 laps. Free registration with a suggested donation to the Fondation cancer du sein du Québec.

BougeBouge Frederic-Back takes place May 24, 2026 at Parc Frédéric-Back in Montréal, offering trail certified distances from 1 km to 21.1 km. The event features sportstats timing, limited aid stations, restroom facilities, and eco measures.

Experience trail running at its best in the scenic Parc national du Mont Saint Bruno. Choose from distances ranging from 1 km to 15 km on car free paths surrounded by lakes and forests near Montreal.

BougeBouge Beaconsfield features a family friendly one kilometre cross country loop in Centennial Park. Three distances are offered on a mostly grass course near the water. It's a community event with limited capacity.
