The 5K Foam Fest - Montréal, QC

The 5K Foam Fest takes place on August 15, 2026 at 550 Rang des Vingt-Cing Est, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC. It is an obstacle course of about 5 km featuring more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable slide, mud pits and roughly 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and participants may proceed at their own pace.

The event includes a festival area with music, food vendors and a beer garden. A free children’s zone is available for those under 6, who may not join the main course; that area offers an inflatable mini obstacle and a bouncy castle with adult supervision required. Children aged 7 and up may participate on the course; those 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, while 13 to 17 year olds may participate unaccompanied. Legal guardians must sign a waiver for participants under 18.
