The 5K Foam Fest - Montréal, QC

The 5K Foam Fest is a fun run and obstacle course event. It covers a 5 km distance and includes over 25 obstacles, including the world's largest inflatable slide, mud pits, and foam zones. All obstacles are optional, and participants can walk, run, or move at their own pace.

The event takes place on August 15, 2026, at 550 Rang des Vingt-Cing Est in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec. Start times are staggered every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A free kids' zone for children under 6 is available. The event also features a beer garden, music, food, and local vendors.

The event is open to all ages and abilities. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Those aged 13 to 17 may participate unaccompanied but must follow all rules.
