MASCOURS 2026

MASCOURS returns for its 4th edition at Parc du Grand-Coteau in Mascouche on September 27, 2026. The event is presented by the ASC Coaching sports club and supported by Évolution Physio. The organizing committee describes the event as a family oriented and inclusive forest run and provides funds to local schools and sports organizations.

A variety of formats are available, including individual races, a team relay and canicross races. Participants registered before June 1, 2026 receive a free event shirt.

Canicross rules key points: dog must be at least 15 months for 2 km or less and 18 months for 4 km or more; one dog per runner; harness mandatory; leash maximum 2 meters; owner is responsible for animal handling and waste. Trail runs nearby

Family oriented obstacle races in Saint-Calixte on July 4, 2026. Distances include 1.5 km and 3 km with more than 20 and 32 obstacles respectively. Spectator admission is C$15.

Trail race at Parc Basler in Morin-Heights offering 1 km non timed, 5 km, 10 km and 20 km on marked mountain bike trails, with medal, timing chip and an exhibitor village.

Community cross-country event at Centennial Park on July 12, 2026, featuring a 1 km loop with 1, 2 and 5 km options. Mostly grass course, manual timing and limited to 400 participants.

A last-runner-standing Backyard Ultra where runners tackle a 6.7 km loop every hour. The second edition takes place at Kahnawake Marina on July 18, 2026, with a cash prize and proceeds going to Tetewatatia’takéhnhahs / Purple Ribbon Walk.
