MASCOURS 2026
MASCOURS returns for its 4th edition at Parc du Grand-Coteau in Mascouche on September 27, 2026. The event is presented by the ASC Coaching sports club and supported by Évolution Physio. The organizing committee describes the event as a family oriented and inclusive forest run and provides funds to local schools and sports organizations.
A variety of formats are available, including individual races, a team relay and canicross races. Participants registered before June 1, 2026 receive a free event shirt.

- 5 km walk run or stroller
- 8 km trail
- 10 km Émilie Mondor race
- Family corporate relay 3 km (3 x 1 km)
- Funrun canicross 2 km and 4 km
Canicross rules key points: dog must be at least 15 months for 2 km or less and 18 months for 4 km or more; one dog per runner; harness mandatory; leash maximum 2 meters; owner is responsible for animal handling and waste.
