MASCOURS 2026

MASCOURS returns on 27 September 2026 at Parc du Grand-Coteau in Mascouche. Organized by the ASC Coaching club and presented by Évolution Physio, the event offers forest running activities for families, children and regional runners. The organizing committee donates funds to local schools and sports organizations to support youth sport development.

Offered distances and formats include:

• 500 m Bouts d'choux non timed
• 1 km non timed
• 2 km race
• 3 km race
• 5 km walk run or stroller
• 8 km trail 16 years and over
• 10 km Émilie Mondor race 12 years and over
• Family corporate challenge 3 km 3 x 1 km team format
• Funrun canicross 2 km dog 15 months owner 16 years
• Funrun canicross 4 km dog 18 months owner 16 years

Registration closes 27 September 2026 at midnight. Participants registered before 1 June 2026 are eligible to receive the event shirt at no charge.

Canicross races are sanctioned by MACQ and follow specific rules. Key requirements and instructions: minimum age 16 years to participate in canicross, one dog per runner, harness mandatory, leash maximum 2 meters, owners must pick up waste, dogs must be leashed on site, working collars and spike collars are prohibited, and the owner is fully responsible for the dog’s behavior.
