BougeBouge Beaconsfield is a community event produced in partnership with the City of Beaconsfield, held in Centennial Park near the waterfront and marina. The core course is a 1 km cross-country loop, with about 70% of the route on grass.

The event is described as accessible and inclusive and is limited to 400 participants. Registration includes a personalized bib, a standard finish medal, one snack, and Hydrapak speedcups at the finish. Personalized bibs are printed up to 10 days before the event; personalized medals must be added during online registration.
Timing is done manually with the sportstats team and an analog clock will display lap times at the finish. Refreshments are available at the finish and the Centennial building will be open. Chemical toilets will be provided; there are no changing rooms. Parking is available near the Beaconsfield Recreation Center and the library.
