Coniston Gullies is a short fell race held in Coniston, Cumbria (LA21 8EW; Grid Ref 303975; What3Words: ///havens.perfect.outlooks). The course is an up-and-down route of about 1.6 km with approximately 270 m of climb. The route includes a steep ascent and a steep descent that passes a scree section. The race is a BOFRA championship counter. Separate routes are provided for seniors, under-17s and junior categories.

Entry, categories and logistics

Entry is available on the day; there is no pre-entry. Entry fees listed are £5 for general entry and £2 for junior races. Junior categories are Under 9, Under 12, Under 14 and Under 17; minimum age on the day is 6 and junior category is based on age at 1 May. Teams are not permitted.

Parking will be in a field on Lake Road and there is a £3 charge per car; participants are asked not to park on the road to the start/finish.
