Blended Trails - Guided Running

Medstead, United Kingdom • 10 Nov 2024

Blended Trails offers free social guided runs on the first Sunday of each month, providing a welcoming environment for runners of all levels. These runs are designed to be at a 'chatty' pace, ensuring that everyone can participate without feeling left behind, as each run is led by a designated leader and tail runner. Participants can enjoy the trails while connecting with others and often gather for coffee afterward.

The next guided run is scheduled for November, with details about the route to be announced. This initiative fosters community and encourages individuals to explore trail running together. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
