Entry, rules and event information

Junior categories run from U9 to U19. U9 to U17 competitors may enter on the day; U19 entries are online. U19 competitors run the senior race course while U17 competitors use a 7 km course. Seniors and U19 entrants must agree to the senior FRA terms and conditions at entry; those terms will be available at registration. Full kit is required as defined by the FRA. Parking is on a field as directed by marshals - not on the road. If online entries are full there will be no entries on the day. Prizes are awarded for first to third male and female, first three male and female in club vests, age-category first places (V40 to V80), and team prizes for the first three to count for each sex.
