BlackHel Double is a combined running challenge in Helvetia, West Virginia, formed by two events: the Blackwater Canyon Half Marathon and the Helvetia 10K Mountain Run. They take place on the Saturday and Sunday of the second full weekend in September, aligning with the Helvetia Community Fair. Runners who complete both races earn The BlackHel Double and receive special recognition at the Sunday finish in Helvetia.

Participants sign up for each race separately, with results consolidated for Doublers. Note: 2024’s BCHM was canceled due to land access; times from that year aren’t eligible for BHD records.
