The Big Kahuna 5K, 10K - San Antonio

The Big Kahuna takes place on June 20, 2026 at Southside Lions Park in San Antonio, TX 78210. The event is hosted by Bigfoot Running Company and offers in-person and virtual options. Course maps are provided for the 5K and 10K distances. The event proceeds rain, shine, hot or cold.

5K and 10K overall winners receive a Bigfoot Trophy for 1st overall male and female. First Masters (40+) receive a recognition pin. Age-group awards for 5K and 10K are given in standard categories from 10 & under through 70+. Medals are provided for the Kids Dash, 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K.

Packet pickup opens 1.5 hours before race start; shirt guarantee requires registration at least 10 days before race day. The course surface includes pavement, crushed granite, and some dirt paths.
