Running Through the Decades - 1980s Edition is scheduled for Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Eisenhower Park, 19399 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78257. The event is hosted by Bigfoot Running Company and features an 1980s theme with 80s music, a live DJ, and a pre-race costume contest. All finishers receive a medal and shirt. Awards include overall trophies for 1st male and female, Masters (40+) recognition, and age-group pins from 10 & under through 70+ with Gold, Silver, and Bronze placements. Course surfaces include paved trails and park paths with some mixed surfaces such as crushed granite or dirt; aid stations with water will be available. Volunteer roles are described, with non-running volunteers receiving a race shirt, VIP access, and a choice of a future race entry or a $20 Amazon gift card.
