The Big Tesuque Trail Run is a challenging 12-mile race held in Santa Fe, New Mexico, organized by the Santa Fe Striders. Now in its 39th year, the course begins at Aspen Vista on Hyde Park Road (NM-475) and features a demanding six-mile ascent gaining 2,000 feet to the summit of Tesuque Peak at 12,000 feet elevation in the Santa Fe National Forest. Runners then return along the same route, completing a round trip. This event offers an epic mountain climb experience and supports Wings of America, a nonprofit aiding running programs for Native American youth.
