  • 5 km + 15 km double (run the 5 km, take a short break, then run the 15 km)
  • Kids 1 km

Course surfaces are almost entirely dirt, using single and double track with a mix of short steep hills, rollers, and uneven terrain. The 5 km course has roughly 300 feet of climbing; the 15 km course has roughly 800 feet of climbing. The 15 km course includes an aid station by the finish between laps at about 4.75 miles and a cut-off of 1 hour 15 minutes at the end of the first big loop (about 4.7 miles). All courses will be well marked with a Won't-Get-Lost guarantee.

Registration for the 5 km, 15 km, and double entries includes running socks or a neck gaiter and a pancake breakfast. The Kids 1 km is not individually timed; a display clock will be available and all kids receive a stuffy bear at the finish. Volunteers are needed for race-day roles and may be eligible to race for free subject to event needs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
