Bear Swamp Run - 46th Annual

The Bear Swamp Run is a single-loop road race held on July 11, 2026, at Rumney Memorial School in Middlesex, Vermont. The course is 5.7 miles long and follows mostly dirt roads.

The route climbs approximately 450 ft in the first three miles, then gradually descends toward the finish. The loop format returns runners to the school property at the end of the course.
