Beaconsfield 5 Mile Trail Run

The Beaconsfield 5 Mile Trail Run takes place on Monday 6 April 2026 around the Hall Barn Estate. The event base is at Beaconsfield Rugby Club, Windsor End, HP9 2SQ, with the course forming a five mile loop that starts and finishes at the same point.

The route is mixed terrain; the first and last half mile are on tarmac. Trail shoes are recommended and spikes are not permitted. Headphones are not recommended so marshals’ instructions can be heard. Between marshal points the course is marked with flags, signs or tape.

Facilities at the race HQ include a clubhouse, limited onsite parking, portable toilets and a bar area where bags may be left at the owner’s risk. New for 2026, motorway service station parking is available for participants with a short walk via the footbridge to the Rugby Club. Entrants should follow marshal instructions for parking and for movement across public roads.

Race procedures include a race number worn on the front and a timing chip attached to the back. Runners must complete emergency contact details on the reverse of their number and cross the timing mats at start and finish. Marshals and first aiders will be present. A water station is located at the start and finish; runners may also bring their own supply.

Prizes are presented at the Rugby Club and include overall and age category awards. Entry fees are non refundable and deferrals to 2027 are not accepted. Donations to the charity Access Adventures are invited when registering. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
