Batch Bash

Batch Bash is scheduled for 20 May 2026 in All Stretton with registration at the Yew Tree Inn (SY6 6HG). The event is part of the Shropshire Summer Series and is organised as a charity race; the charities are to be decided and will include a local charity.

The main course is a short fell-style race with a listed distance of 5.3 km and a total ascent of 305 m. Entry is available by pre-entry or on-the-day; entry fees are listed as £7 pre-entry and £10 on the day. Pre-entry is available via SI Entries.

Parking is provided in a field just outside the village: continue through All Stretton towards Church Stretton and the field is the first on the left as you leave the village, by Starr Lane.

A junior event is planned with multiple junior categories, for example 2.5 km with about 200 m climb. Minimum junior age group is U10 and age groups are based on age at the end of 2026. Specific junior race details are to be confirmed.

Apocalypse Ultra in Church Stretton on May 9 2026 offers four distinct loops that can be combined into distances from 10 to 50 miles. The event features a 16 hour limit, HQ food, electronic timing and limited places.

A 5k obstacle course at Weston Park on 09 May 2026 where participants climb, crawl and slide over paths, tracks and grass. The event supports fundraising, includes on-course marshals, and provides refreshments, toilets and parking.

A short fell race in Church Stretton on 13 May 2026 covering 5.6 km with 268 m ascent. Entry is on the day for £7 and registration is at Church Stretton Cricket Club; junior options are available.

A multi lap running event from The Unicorn Inn in Telford with routes of 8, 16 and 26.2 miles passing Ironbridge Gorge and returning via the Silkin Way. Ales, pub food and event bling are available after the runs.
