Event Format

The event features a format where participants start a new lap on the hour, every hour. Each lap is a 5k course on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Participants can choose to run a single lap or multiple laps.

After-Lap Activities

After completing each lap, the event provides activities including games, raffles, and vendors. A big screen will show football games. Participants are advised to bring a lawn chair and snacks.

Fundraising and Raffles

Proceeds from the event benefit OVC Kenya, a program that partners with local churches in Kenya to provide physical, academic, and relational support to vulnerable children.

Each lap is sponsored by a local business and has a corresponding raffle prize. Completing a lap within 55 minutes earns one raffle ticket for that lap's prize.
