Aut2Run for Autism - April 26, 2026

The event is held at California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo, CA on April 26, 2026. It is the 14th annual Aut2Run and offers both in-person and virtual participation. One hundred percent of race proceeds support Autism Society Ventura County (ASVC), which provides education, advocacy, programs, and public awareness to increase inclusion and access for people on the autism spectrum and their families.

Event details

  • 15K Hero Run (9.3 miles) - combined 10K + 5K results
  • 10K Trail Race (6.2 miles) - half road, half trail
  • 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
  • 1 Mile Run/Walk
  • Fun-K - for children under 12 and adults with special needs; limited to 300 participants
  • Virtual Run/Walk

The 15K result is the combined times from the separate 10K and 5K races. The 10K has a strict course time limit: participants must complete it within 75 minutes and reach the University Park entrance within 54 minutes or they will be removed from course and recorded as DNF. Virtual participants are asked to choose a safe local route, follow local laws, maintain at least 6 ft distance from others, track distance with a GPS device or app, and submit time and distance between April 18 and May 1. Race packets are mailed the week of the event. All registered finishers receive a finisher medal and a soft event t-shirt. Prices vary by event.
