Event Overview
Aut2Run for Autism is a running event taking place on Sunday, April 26, 2026. The event is held at California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo, California. This is the 14th annual edition of the event.
Event Distances
Participants can choose from several in-person race distances and a virtual option.
- 15K Hero Run: A combined event where participants run both the 10K and 5K events separately. Runners receive one medal.
- 10K Trail Race: Described as half road and half trail. There is a strict course time limit of 75 minutes (a 12-minute per mile pace).

- Fun-K: This event is for children under age 12 and for adults with special needs and their caregivers.

Charity
All proceeds from the event go directly to the Autism Society Ventura County (ASVC). The organization's mission is to create connections and empower people with Autism to live fully. They work through education, advocacy, programs, and community collaboration.
