No Name Trail Races
No Name Trail Races take place in Cheeseboro Canyon in Agoura, California, within Cheeseboro National Park-Agoura and the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The event starts near Old Agoura at 5792 Chesebro Road and features trail running across varied terrain. Courses include runnable ascents, winding singletrack, steep fire road climbs and smooth descents. The 50K route leaves the canyon for additional climbs and landscape sections.
Distances
- 50K 31.42 miles with 4,991 feet of vertical gain
- Trail Half Marathon 14.1 miles with 1,993 feet of vertical gain
- 5k Trail 3.6 miles with 491 feet of gain
The 50K course has aid stations at miles 7, 9.75, 13.85, 16.75, 20.25, 22.25 and 30; drop bags are handled at the Lang Ranch stations. Restrooms are available near miles 10 and 14. Support includes ultra-stocked aid stations and race crew on course.
Event services include unique finisher medals, hot coffee and cocoa, post-race tacos, a beer garden for ages 21 and up, free event photos and a De Soto Sports bandana. Awards are given to the top three overall in each distance and by age group for the 50K and half marathon. A $500 bonus is offered for a new 50K course record.
Volunteer roles cover parking, registration, aid stations and course support. Volunteers receive swag, meals, drinks, massage and race credits at $15 per hour transferable to others. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
