No Name Trail Races
The No Name Trail Races take place in the Cheeseboro and Chesebro Canyon area near Agoura, California, inside the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The event offers multiple trail distances on varied terrain that includes runnable ascents, winding singletrack, steep fire road climbs, and longer climbs outside the canyon.
Distances offered:
- 50k 31.42 miles with 4,991 feet of elevation gain and a 10 hour course limit (11 hours with rolling start)
- Half Marathon 14.1 miles with 1,993 feet of elevation gain
- 5k 3.6 miles with 491 feet of elevation gain
The 50k course features multiple aid stations located at roughly miles 7, 9.75, 13.85, 16.75, 20.25, 22.25 and 30, with restrooms noted near miles 10 and 14. Finishers receive unique medals and event participants are offered hot beverages, post-race tacos, a beer garden for those 21 and older, same-day results, free event photos and a branded bandana. Overall and age-group awards are given across distances, and top finishers in the half marathon and the 50k receive invitations to a season finale event.
