No Name Trail Races
No Name Trail Races is a trail running event held in Cheeseboro National Park-Agoura, part of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area near Agoura, California. The course starts in Old Agoura and uses terrain in Chesebro Canyon.
Distances offered:
- 50K : 31.42 miles, 4,991 feet of elevation gain
- Half-marathon : 14.1 miles, 1,993 feet of elevation gain
- Short trail race : 3.6 miles, 491 feet of gain
The route includes runnable ascents, winding singletrack, steep fire road climbs, and smooth downhill sections. The 50K course leaves the canyon for additional climbs and open landscape. Aid stations are located at miles 7, 9.75 (drop bags), 13.85 (drop bags), 16.75, 20.25, 22.25, and 30. Restroom facilities are noted at miles 10 and 14.
Event amenities include unique finisher medals, hot coffee and cocoa, post race tacos, a beer garden for attendees 21 and older, ultra stocked aid stations, same day results, free event photos, and a commemorative bandana. Awards are given to the top three overall in each distance and age group awards are offered for the 50K and half-marathon. A cash bonus is available for a new 50K course record.
