Aid stations are placed approximately every 10 miles near the start/finish bag drop. 10-mile runners do not access the aid station; 20-mile runners pass it once; 50K runners pass it twice. Station supplies include hydration drinks, energy gels, stroopwafles, bars, chips and candy. A neutral bag drop area is available at the start/finish; participants must provide and label their own bags.

The event is a qualifier for the Life Time Leadville Trail 100 Run. A minimum of 35 qualifier coins are available at the Austin Rattler events; coins are awarded to finishers of the 50K and are distributed by performance and an event lottery, with specific award and acceptance conditions. Awards are given by overall and age categories, and official results use gun time. No overnight parking is allowed at the venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
