Ashington 10K Trail Run 2027

The Ashington 10K Trail Run is scheduled for 10 January 2027 in Ashington, Great Britain. The event is organised by VO2 Max Events and is based at Ashington Leisure Centre on Lintonville Terrace, NE63 9JY.

The course is a 10 km trail route that starts within Ashington Community Woods and continues through QEII Country Park. The route uses a mix of woodland trails, lakeside paths and open grassland and is described as relatively flat with scenic views. The location is in south east Northumberland, about 15 miles north of Newcastle and about 3 miles from the coast.

The event is canicross friendly and allows one well controlled dog per runner. Event services listed include a fully marked course, marshals on route, live chip timing, live online results, event photography, a finisher medal, finish line merchandise and a finish line snack. Registration is open until 8 January 2027. Entry fee is shown as £27.00 plus an online booking fee; a per order fee of 5% is noted.
