Course Information

The course is 10 km in distance and has a total climb of 680 meters. The event difficulty is rated as 3 (1,1,1) - Easy Terrain, <200M ascent, <6Km. The race marking will be "Only major junctions marked." The use of GPS devices is not allowed for navigation.

Mandatory Kit

All runners must bring a specific set of equipment, categorized as Level B - Standard Mandatory Kit. This includes a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with an emergency number stored, and a foil blanket, bivvy bag, or equivalent.

Runners must have the means to carry all this kit during the race. The specific items to be carried will be finalized on race day based on conditions and announced at registration. Random checks may be conducted, and failure to have the required items may lead to denied entry or disqualification.
