Crews are allowed at the start/finish and drop bag storage is provided there. Pacers are permitted only for 54K runners beginning on loop five.

Medical staff from MedStar Solutions will be based at the start/finish headquarters and organizers reserve the right to remove runners for medical reasons. The park charges a vehicle entry fee and camping is not permitted. Pets are not allowed on course and must be leashed when at the event. The event is cupless; participants should bring their own cup or purchase a reusable cup. Race features include chip timing, finish line photos, race goody items, finisher awards and podium places for top three men and women.
