The Angry Cow Trail Run #4 Vets Run is scheduled for November 7, 2026 at Indian Cave State Park, 65296 720 Road. It is the fourth race in the Angry Cow series. Check-in is listed at Area #1 Shelter.

Registration closes October 23. Entry fees include long sleeve shirts, gloves, snacks, drinks, and medals.
Course and eligibility
The course leaves north from the shelter and follows the northeast Trail #3, then connects to 3A, proceeds onto trails 6-7, and returns. The route also goes into the old town area. Veterans and active duty military are eligible to race for free with proof of service and a shirt size. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
