About the race
Angeles National Forest Trail Race takes place in Mt. Wilson, California, with start and finish at the Mt. Wilson Observatory.
The event offers two ultramarathons: 25K (about 3,500 feet of elevation gain) and 50K (about 7,000 feet), routed through the San Gabriel Mountains. The course is described as majestic and challenging, culminating in a semi-wilderness final climb up Kenyon Devore Trail to Mt. Wilson.
The 20th anniversary edition includes a limited-edition ANF Trail Race beanie, race shirts, aid stations, finisher medals, awards, and a post-race meal.
