The Aiken Trailblazer is a trail running event at Stable View equestrian facility in Aiken, SC on April 18, 2026. The event program includes the following distances:
- Half Marathon - entry fee $40
- 15K - entry fee $35
- 5K - entry fee $30
- Kids Fun Run - entry fee $0
Overall awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in the Half Marathon, 15K and 5K. There are awards for First Male and First Female Masters. The event is held rain or shine and there are no refunds.
Location, course and services
Races take place on trails at Stable View amid forested and rolling-hill terrain on the facility grounds. Aid and nutrition for the Half Marathon and 15K include water at approximately miles 2, 5.5, 7.5 and 9.75; Nuun electrolyte drink at approximately miles 5.5, 7.5 and 9.75; and GU Chews at approximately miles 7.5 and 9.75. Water for the 5K is provided at about mile 1.5.
Participants receive a finisher's medal and a t-shirt. Post-race food is provided by The Bistro at Stable View and hot showers are available. Stable View offers on-site lodging and RV hookups; additional accommodation information is available through Airbnb or directly with Stable View. Packet pick-up is available at Stable View before race day. Stable View notes ongoing conservation efforts on the property, including work related to the Red-cockaded woodpecker.
