Hot to Trot 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon
This event is scheduled for July 18, 2026 in Griffith Park, Los Angeles at Crystal Springs Picnic Area - Pettigrew Field, 4730 Crystal Springs Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90027. Parking is free in the picnic area lots.
The course is an open, shared trail on hard packed dirt used as a horse trail. The start and finish are on a grass area and the route follows an out and back pattern marked with cones and signs. Runners should stay to the right and pass on the left. The turnaround is set off to the side of the trail. An aid station at the turnaround provides water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels.
Distances offered:
- 5k out and back
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
Registration includes custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free videos, live results, free photos and cinematic race highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, an Ascend Index ranking, and a free event app. There is a 3 hour 15 minute time limit for the half marathon. Transfers are handled through the organizer and there is a no refund policy. Race day registration fees are listed for each distance and multiple payment methods are accepted.
